Shipping and return policies for musical nature

Shipping Info

Shipping rates: Shipping rates are calculated for both shipping and handling, and will be processed via USPS media mail.

Packaging: All Eco-Pack CDs are shipped in hard-cardboard CD mailers.

Timing: All items are (usually) shipped within 5 business days of ordering. In some cases there may be a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, and will work to contact you to let you know if there is any delay in shipment.

Lost/Damaged items: We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Unfortunately we have no control over how the package is handled once it’s left our door. It is recommended that if you would like additional security for your order, contact us immediately after you purchase your order to arrange additional packaging, shipping insurance, delivery confirmation, change of carrier, etc. Note – these services will cost extra and are not included in the default shipping costs. We can negotiate the cost via PayPal.

Returned Packages: If packages are returned to me (the sender), I will confirm with you we have the appropriate shipping address. Errors in shipping on my part will not cost you extra to get it to its final destination.

Wrong Item Received: If you have received the wrong item, please contact me so that we can arrange to get you the proper item you had ordered. In the event this happens, I will pay for return shipping for the erroneous item, and mail out the correct item to you at no extra cost.

Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if the item does not function as required. All CDs are exact copies of the music you can hear digitally on the site or through various streaming services, so please have a listen before ordering, as you will get exactly what you are paying for (except on a CD).
